2. Revenue Sharing Agreement: Associates must enter into a revenue-sharing agreement with PropertyPartners.id, detailing the commission structure and fair distribution of earnings.
3. Information Gathering: Associates are required to gather all necessary information as requested by PropertyPartners.id to facilitate buyer due diligence.

Commission Structure Overview

Standard Transactions:

• Scenario 1: If the Associate finds the Buyer while another Agent holds the Listing, the Commission is split: for example, if the Owner agrees to pay a 5% commission then the Associate earns 2%, the other Agent earns 2.5%, and PropertyPartners.id receives 0.5%.
• Scenario 2: When an Associate finds both the Listing and the Buyer, they earn 100% of the Commission on the transaction, depending on what is agreed with the Owner, without splitting it with another Associate or Agent.
• Scenario 3: If the Associate finds the Listing and another Agent brings the Buyer, the same split applies: the Associate earns 2%, the other Agent earns 2.5%, and PropertyPartners.id receives 0.5%.

High-Value Deals: Transactions over USD 500K may have unique commission arrangements to incentivize such listings.
